The term ‘Project Construction Management’ or CMP refers to the overall management of a construction related project; this includes planning, implementation and coordination, right from the start through to eventual completion. Essentially, the goal of this type of project management is to oversee the functionality as well as the financial viability of a construction project on behalf of a client.
